Terms and Conditions
Delivery We despatch our products by Royal Mail or UK Courier, to ensure that items are handled carefully. We aim to process your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible. We currently deliver to the UK, however for international orders please contact us for further information. Orders are usually despatched within 1-4 working days however please allow 14 working days for delivery.
Postage & packing will be charged at £4.95 on all orders under £30, all orders over this amount will be sent free of charge.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (no minimum) and use secure payment systems, SECPAY and PAYPAL. Please visit www.secpay.com or www.paypal.co.uk for further information regarding payment and credit card security. Orders Orders can be made by phone, fax, and email or via the internet. Order Confirmations Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, with payment made through the secure payment gateway servers, you will receive two e-mails. An 'Order Confirmation' from us and a 'Transaction Authorised' receipt from the payment gateway. Invoices Will be sent when goods are paid for in full. Prices
The prices on the website are subject to change. The price shown on the website at the time you complete your order is the price you will be charged. The prices on the website include VAT where applicable and does not include postage and packing charges. Please see Postage section for further details. We make every effort to ensure that all featured products are currently in stock. Should an item that you order be out of stock, where possible we will contact you with the expected despatch date. You will have the option to continue with the order, remove the item from your order and be refunded or to choose a suitable replacement. You will be charged or refunded any difference in price. Returns Before sending back any returns please contact us for an authorisation code. We will also need the reason for return, the order number, your contact details and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. When returning the goods you need to include the authorisation code as without this number there will be a delay on the exchange or refund. In the rare event of faulty or damaged goods being received please email us immediately. We will either replace or refund the damaged or faulty goods and reimburse any postage incurred in returning them. We are confident that all products featured on our web site are of the highest quality. If any of our products are unsuitable you are able to exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the items. Items are returned at your own expense and must be in their original condition and packaging.We do not exchange or refund the following items due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or have not been removed from original packaging:
This does not affect your statutory rights. Cancellations You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the day of receiving the goods. Please cancel by either letter or email within that time scale. If your order has already been sent please return the goods with their original packaging within 14 days and obtain proof of postage. Damaged Packaging Every package is despatched in excellent condition so we do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. If the packaging of your parcel is compromised then immediately contact your local post office.(Take a photograph of the damaged parcel before opening it) You will need your box or envelope as evidence as well as the damaged goods. Please contact us for further advice regarding damaged goods. Customer Service If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately. All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer's statutory rights.
